        The GOOD- quiet location, clean rooms, friendly owners and great if you are athletic and like a good workout. The BAD- a trek up a very dark, creaky wooden staircase. (If you are American, it’s really 5 tall floors, not 4. In Europe, ground floor is 0). The UGLY- we booked for three nights, but my wife has a bad hip so we never made it passed day one. They have a no refund policy. ( humm, wonder why?) I asked Catarina if we could get a refund for at least one of the remaining days. Said she had to ask her sister but to no surprise I have not heard back. So it goes.

        Do not stay here!!! My friend and I had booked this hotel 3 months in advance, super excited to stay only to have the hotel cancel the booking 12 hours before we were supposed to check in . Leaving us scrambling to find other accommodation. It was a horrible and stressful situation I would not stay here ever.

        A range of disappointments and surprises, each one worse than the other... Cleaning not done, the refrigerators still full of dishes from the predecessors, rotten vegetables, the coffee maker still full, the sinks and three toilets out of four clogged and the showers in a sorry state. A nightmare.

        we had a smaller room in the accommodation, which contained several such rooms with a shared kitchen, plant and magical...we were overall rather satisfied if some things could be improved for the comfort of customers (the light in the corridor turned on 24 hours, the peace of others,...) , but the accommodation lived up to its billing and the communication with the accommodation was again top notch, I recommend it to people just for a one-night stay

        They canceled my booking when i was almost there and paid a taxi to get there. They say it was a booking.com problem. But i I had to waste time and money without any additional supports from guesthouse and booking.com Awful experience. They need to manage their bloody property better and learn what the da*n is customer support.

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
