I had a very good stay, clean and spacious room, Idk if was lucky but we had a king size bed and was perfect cuz we were me, my wife and our 2YO daughter. The breakfast is nice and worth it, and good thanks to RAHMA for her service and the stuff at the breakfast section who also entertained a bit my daughter in the playroom Will definitely come back again if I have to stay in the area

Excellent hotel. Comfortable, service is great, child friendly, breakfast is awesome. And, surprisingly, is next to the church St. Yakobus Jakarta. Will definitely come back if there is a need to go to Kelapa Gading again.

The check-in and check-out processes were a bit time-consuming. Despite having multiple counters open, guests had to wait in line for an extended period. Perhaps streamlining these procedures would enhance the overall experience for visitors. On a different note, the toilet facilities were somewhat different from what I expected. Instead of a jet shower, they had a built-in jet washer, which, for me, was a bit uncomfortable and hurt to use. Booking Experience I encountered a small hiccup with the online travel agent. Initially, my booking didn't show up at the hotel, and I had to create an additional deposit. Later that evening, I received a call confirming that my booking had been located and that my deposit would be released upon check-out. However, upon checking out, I was informed that the agent would process my refund instead of the hotel. The inconsistency in information left me somewhat uncertain. It was only after I raised the issue and sought further clarification that the manager (was it the manager?) intervened. They promptly addressed the matter, ensuring the release of my deposit. While my situation was ultimately resolved, it raised some concerns about what might have happened (would I left with making double payment?) if I hadn't been persistent in seeking a resolution, while the matter should have be informed well to every front liner who handle guests that day.

The room is super clean and also neat! Got special price from Agoda. It's really worth the price. Adding smart TV would be a nice plus point, so we could open our netflix account to watch. Overall its a nice place to stay

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
