Positives Checked in really late (almost midnight) because I was sight seeing and went to a spa and I was dying for a drink when I got to the hotel. Nothing was open on my way back. Unbeknown to me, the hotel gave me complimentary snacks and drinks, which was just what I needed! The place was comfortable and clean and was great value for money. They even let me put my bags in storage for free while I had one last tour of the city before my flight. Amazing service! Easy to get to transport links. Cute little sweet treats on arrival too says 'help yourself'. To my fellow solo travellers I would definitely recommend. :) Negatives One of the staff members were quite rude at breakfast when I asked for salt and pepper. She completely ignored me and fobbed me off. I had to ask someone else who had to apologise on her behalf but this was uncalled for. Didn't make it ruin my trip but it definitely prevented me from giving this place 5*. Not many shops that I saw close by. There were some people congregating in the park area close by drinking and being loud. Be vigilant.

My stay here was amazing! The staff was very friendly and accommodating, the room was small but perfect for a short weekend stay and had plenty amenities. The exercise room was nice and private and easily reserved at the front desk. There are nice bars nearby as well as metro stops, so getting to and from the hotel is very easy. I will definitely stay here again next time I’m in Milan!

Milan was the last city after going through Italy by train. We stayed 4 nights here and we were so glad that we had chosen this hotel for our last days. The hotel was VERY clean and all of the hotel staff were so nice and welcoming! It was very relaxing to stay at this hotel and it felt like we were coming back home after each day. Thank you to all of the staff. We’re definitely recommending this place to our friends and families. 👍🏻

I had a lovely time at 21 House of Stories. The staff were incredibly friendly, I really like my room and I felt very safe. Anytime I have ever stayed somewhere that includes breakfast it is normally just toast but the breakfast options here were amazing! The room was quiet and cozy and the location was easy to get to from bus, tram or metro. I would definitely stay here again!

Absolutely amazing hotel with everything you could possibly want. Clean, comfy and modern. Staff were amazing and helped me get a cake and wine sorted for my room before I checked in. The inside of the Hotel is amazing and incredibly inviting, it made it almost hard to leave and explore the city. I urge anyone looking to stay in Milan, stay here. Plus its a short walk from the metro of which you pass some lovelly shops and cafes.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
