This was my 2nd visit. My first visit was in December of 2023 and EVERYTHING was wonderful THEN. I spoke with Joshua on the phone on my first visit and his patience is gold to say the least and such a calm voice. I booked again for January 2024 and I honestly feel it was better than my first visit! Francesco checked me in and he was very down to earth, polite, courteous and accommodating. I didn't ask for much but every request was met with genuine care to take of me. You just don't see that kind of customer service anymore. Lisa was pleasant to speak with. I asked for ice to be sent up and it came within 10 minutes. I didn't like something I ordered for breakfast and Lure Fish Bar gave me no push back and took care of it immediately. I spoke with Ben today to help me understand some charges and he was down to earth and funny. He answered all of my questions patiently. The room was very clean as it was last visit. Bedding and pillows are very comfortable. Smart TV - again super convenient and overall just the consistency in everything with both stays is why I will continue to return. I love it here.... genuinely I am a satisfied guest.

The room was perfect! Bathroom was clean as clean can be! Pillows fluffy and cloud like feeling. The bedroom had an interesting what seemed a cologne sent. Too much for me. Preferred laundry or fresh cent. Other than that, all sorts of restaurants and walking distance to magnificent mile! One thing: parking garages near by are super expensive. I would recommend parking at a parking lot; less expensive.

I used to stay at The James and was hoping my experience was the same. It wasn't- It was beyond expectation. Every staff member was so welcoming and helpful. We loved the aspect of having a museum in our hotel too. So many really unique pieces and every time we walked through we saw something new. One of your employees was just starting his first week on premise and did an exceptional job representing 21c Hotels. A big thank you to Jose for offering a smile, door service, and directions getting to our destinations. He really made our stay from wonderful to exceptional! My daughter and I will definitely be back!

This is my third stay in a 21c property (first time in Chicago location), and I always have an excellent experience. The Chicago 21c location is very convenient to Magnificent Mile/River North/Gold Coast shopping and restaurants. The hotel was spotless from the lobby to the guest rooms. I come to Chicago for a girls weekend every year in December since 2018, and have stayed in a different hotel each time. My stay at the 21c was by far the best experience (and one of the least expensive to boot). Francisco at the front desk was an unexpected delight. He was such a pleasure to work with, and his customer service skills are top notch.

Last minute decision to stay on the day before Christmas Eve, and no regrets whatsoever! Beautiful boutique hotel. Staff was attentive, the lobby was gorgeous. Check-in was painless. We would've tried the restaurant for breakfast but the hours were unclear and the path in was blocked. We will definitely come back again and I've recommended it to three other people already! Thank you for the wonderful service!🩵🩵

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
