a budget hotel that more like a hostel. but, for the price, you really shouldnt complaint. the owner replies quickly, and helpful. very accomodating with the resource he has. you need to self check in, so please reach out to the owner/manager to get your room # and code. the location is absolutely perfect, for me anyways. tons of restaurants and shops. very young area, close to Hongik uni and other vibrant areas. you wont get bored whatsoever. bring your own slippers, towels and amenities if you are a comfort creature, as you wont find much in the room. and the cleaness is not always the best. however, you get what you paid for, in such a central location, be creative and enjoy your stay.

[Please take this as a guesthouse beginner's comment] Booked on agoda for 4,900 yen. It was my first time staying at a guest house, so I was nervous. The receptionist is usually absent, and the name and room number of the person checking in is written on the board. Check-in starts at 3pm, but it seems best to arrive before then and leave your suitcase there. When I checked in and entered the room, there was a window right there. It was about 2 tatami mats in size with a single bed, a small desk and chair, a wall-mounted TV, and a hanger rack. It feels like a room just for sleeping. The key was left on the desk, and I left the door open when I checked out. Check-out information was communicated through Kakao. There is a passageway right next to the wall, and the wall is not soundproof. The toilet and shower are the same, and I was surprised that the drain was leaking. I was surprised when a cockroach appeared as I was flushing the water vigorously. Well, I wonder if it's something like this? and. The location is good near the station, but I thought the price was high.

Tourist business trip. A comfortable and home-like place. Highly recommended on the 8th floor of J Tower next to Brother Galbi Dining parties are possible at the roof top bar on the 10th floor. Ramen, meal, drink price ranges from 2,000 to 4,000 won, night view is the best The scenery is the best. The owner said it was remodeled and has new facilities and new furniture. There is good ventilation and heating and cooling. Real kindness One-room tel is also available, allowing students to live long-term. Other than other remodeled old houses. Hotel facilities and great scenery for the same price A rooftop similar to the place where programs like Somebody were filmed.... Recomend all of you guys, backpack travelers, business travelers. RoofTop Party place has the best view in ShinChon. Bar. Snack. Drinks are low price All facilities are renovated. Air Purifier. Free water. Free Ramen. kimchi Air conditioners are in each room. Hotel + Boarding house + guest house + roof top party place Resonable low price and clean& wide room Hong dae area is new, crowded dancedance weird..... But Shinchon area has large avenue and traditional University culture. With pride

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
