The hotel is exceptional, great vibe, design, location and service. Great staff, very welcoming and hospitable. I would definitely recommend getting the breakfast option, it’s well priced and has a great assortment of foods. One area they can definitely improve on is the front desk staff. Check in and check out is slow and often you’re waiting. They did an horrible job at explaining the facilities at check in. I had to find out a lot of cool things the hotel has to offer in my own the last day. Although all very respectful for the most part. Absolute 10/10! Would definitely recommend.

Really good hotel with great energy and wonderful cool and quirky stuff all over the place. Their attention to details is truly remarkable. All the people working there are really nice. The food in the morning is supreme, great choice and quality. Location is perfect and the view is unbelievable. Would love to return there ❤️

One of the best hotels I've stayed at in Dubai in terms of cleanliness and service. I had heard negative things in the reviews, but it turned out to be false, unfortunately. The place is wonderful, beautiful, and full of life. I will definitely visit again and I thank Jesi for her hospitality.

I recently stayed at the 25 Hours Hotel in Dubai, which boasts a 5-star rating. While the hotel offers several positives, there are areas that need improvement to meet the expectations of a luxury establishment. On the positive side, the hotel's amenities, ambiance and location are impressive. However, the initial reception during arrivals left much to be desired for a 5-star establishment. There was a delay in delivering our luggage to the room, prompting us to make a follow-up call after half an hour. Furthermore, the quality of the soap provided didn't match the expected standard. The drainage system in the bathroom seemed inadequate, causing issues with water accumulation. Additionally, the delay in retrieving the car and the malfunctioning curtain added to the inconvenience during the stay. While the hotel has potential and offers some commendable features, attention to these details would significantly elevate the overall experience from good to great. Improving the arrival experience, ensuring timely services, and maintaining the quality of amenities will undoubtedly enhance the hotel's reputation and guests' satisfaction.

My time at the 25Hours Dubai was quite memorable and I am certain that I will return and stay despite all the other amazing options in the city! It has impeccable views of the city and the Future Museum from the pool and rooftop. The staff was more than accommodating and kind and at every place within the property from Nomad Bar and Tandoor Tina to Monkey Bar and room service I had an enjoyable time. I loved being able to quickly access a party at Monkey Bar and quickly go to my room as well. The same-day laundry service was speedy and efficient and the gym with indoor and outdoor capacity was such a treat. I indulged in the rooftop sauna and outdoor showers and felt like I was in Tulum amongst all the greenery. Even on Sunday evening I accidentally stumbled upon a party called the Cook-Out at the Nomad Bar which was playing all of my fave hip-hop, R&B, and Caribbean vibes. What an excellent stay!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
