Loved this quirky, great location hotel, in the hard of the city. We had one of the gigantic rooms on the first floor. The room offer us a separate living space, two toilets, separate bathroom with a bath tub and shower. Overall the room suited us and our needs. The only fault with the room was the underfloor heading was on some sort of timer, so was never on long enough to actually heat the floor. The hotel had plenty of spaces to relax, enjoy a coffee and/or a drink. Love the bar at the centre of the hotel. It had a cool gift shop, music room and place to just chill with an open fire. We had breakfast in our price, and was good enough, with selection of cold and hot food. They have a coffee station where you can help yourself to filtered coffee, teas or ask the bartender if you wanted something else. The only fault with the hotel was, service can be slow with house keeping, not enough umbrella, which is strange given it rains a lot in autumn. We would definitely stay here again

One of the finest and artistically curated hotels I've ever been too! Absolutely loved our stay here. The staff is incredibly friendly, warm and helpful. The decor is so quirky! The room size is great! Much bigger than most European hotels and such a fun vibe. The food at the restaurant below is also excellent. The best part is the relax area with the sauna and the warm places to sit at the reception level. Absolutely recommend!!

We recently had a 3 night stay at this hotel and it is one of the quirkiest hotels i've been to. Staff are all very pleasant and happy to help. Free mini bar is always a perk and breakfast had a very adequate spread. The upstairs bar is very impressive but drinks are not the cheapest. Room was comfortable and had all the essentials apart from conditioner in the shower. Location was perfect, 15 minute walk away from Nyhavn, and plenty of shops and cafes on the doorstep! Spa and gym facility was also great with plenty of water and towels. Weights and machines. Outside sauna was great and very quiet around 5pm.

Loved the decorations, ambiance, service! They gave me sauna bathrobe and slippers. Enjoyed my stay at the hotel. Also, the cute bakery/coffeeshop is a must visit. The bar area is nice and lively. Lived everything about this hotel. ❤️

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
