My first time in Germany. Very bad experience. We arrived at about 11:00 on 12/19. They let us check in early. But this is the beginning of a nightmare. We live on the first floor. We put our luggage away and left. Come back and rest after six hours. Something incredible happened. My medicine and snacks were stolen. The drinks in the refrigerator were taken out and thrown on the floor. There were shards of glass all over the floor. Seriously affecting my personal safety. When we got to the front desk, the housekeeping staff had no explanation and only said they would clean it for us. After our strong request, we were moved to a new room on the second floor. The manager was not there, so we asked for the manager's business card, but their attitude was very bad and they threw it on the table very unhappy. When we finally checked out on 12/22, we never received a reply from the manager. We learned that the counter staff also did not inform the manager. If you care about your financial and life safety, I do not recommend you come here. And you won't get their respect.

We stayed here for two nights in the Peacock Suite on a trip through Germany and Austria and I can't talk highly enough about this place! The reception was warm and friendly, our room was impeccable, the lobby and accompanying hotel bar are eclectic and fun and the downstairs restaurant and cafe are amazing as well! Really appreciated that the mini-bar in the room was included, as it was the only one on our trip that was this way. This hotel is a brief walk to the Marienplatz area and just a stone's throw away from the main train station which makes getting around Munich super easy. Hopefully will be back in Munich again and will definitely stay here!

The location really nice, restaurant is definitely good. But rooms are funny. The sink is just next to your bed. There is no chair, table etc. They made it a fancy decoration but there is no basic things needed in a room. I had to order food in the night but I had to eat it in my bed bcoz there is no table and chair. So sad… Also, the bar is nice. So romantic place.

I stayed at this hotel on my last night in Munich and it was such a VIBE. From the moment we walked in, I could see lots of fun details and decor. Our room was very clean and I love that the mini bar is free. Such a nice touch. My only complaint about this hotel is that the light switches in the room were hard to figure out. This is a great place to stay near Central Station!

We staid over a weekend just before Christmas. The hotel is stylish but the room was small and very noisy - not just from the train station opposite but the bar turned into some sort of mini disco with 80s music blazing through the hotel. It felt very much like a youth hostel. We won't be returning in a hurry.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
