I had a pretty great stay here. The rooms are a decent size and have a fully stocked mini-bar and all the necessary amenities available. Special mention to Michelle from the reception who was kind, courteous and very friendly. Truly made me feel welcome. Apart from this not much to be said honestly, the hotel is excellent like most of the 25hours locations I’ve been to. Quirky styling, great service and generally good food too. Bar Shuka is pretty good for breakfast & a nice spot for a quick coffee. The location is close to the Hbf. The streets can get a bit sketchy but most people tend to keep to themselves so you’ll not feel unsafe.

The hotel is located in a great area. It's close to almost everything, so it's really good. Check-in was good, quick, and easy. Went for drinks on the rooftop, but the lady was abrupt and rude, so we finished up and headed somewhere else. Was a lovely vibe, but she wasn't gonna get anymore of our money. Rooms are decent, client and modern. There was a free mini bar, which was cool. I asked three people for a wake-up call and reminded the night receptionist when I returned but never received it 😔. Anyway, I like this hotel, especially for the convenience, so I will be back again.

It is a good location, close to the main station. Probably 5 minutes waking to the CBD then a 15 minute walk to the river & old town. Staff are nice however check in & check out felt like they took a lot longer than they needed to be. Roof top is nice & be sure to ask about the sauna. You have some undesirable people outside the hotel, however they never bothered us in the 2 days we spent here.

Typical 25 Hours “wacky” styling throughout and the oddities such as no shaver/toothbrush plug in the bathroom (which has a curtain rather than a door as that’s quirky. The staff are friendly and helpful and the hotel restaurant is popular and serves some delicious food. The location is a positive in that it is a short walk to the main station and a big negative in that you won’t get far without seeing people smoking crack, injecting themselves or dealing drugs. It really is not pleasant and doesn’t feel safe at all. A few streets away and it’s lovely but immediately around the hotel is not good at all.

Great hotel with spacious rooms, super friendly staff and a delicious breakfast. Only the location of the hotel is not that great. As a woman I wouldn't feel safe alone on the streets as it is downtown near the red light district and main station.

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
