We stayed here last week. It was me and my partner. Perfect location, amazing room and lovely drinks at the bar. All round, can't be faulted! There was this lovely girl at reception, think her name was Leonie, she was so sweet and made our stay special. Thank you for making our trip to Zurich special 😊

We had such a great time at this hotel! It had such an eclectic design and feel. The rooms are beautiful and a great size. The breaky buffet is delicious with a wide variety (inclusive of champagne 🍾). They also cater to allergies (gluten free). We were able to rent a bicycle for the day and ride around Zurich. Perfect location. Good food. Great bar. Lovely staff!

Leonie at the front desk was very welcoming, helpful, and informative! She gave us great recommendations for our time in Zurich. Our expectations were exceeded when we go to the room. The hotel location is excellent and the restaurant was delicious! We will definitely be staying here again.

The hotel was fine, except for the bed (which is, of course, the most important aspect of a hotel). The duvets were not long enough to cover my shoulders and feet at the same time (I am 190cm tall), so I had to try to turn them sideways to cover my top half with one and bottom half with the other. As a result, I woke up multiple times during the night with various parts of my body uncovered and cold. On top of that, the bed was so firm that I woke up with intense back pain (which is unusual for me). The experience was bad enough that I changed hotels after one night.

Had a nice stay. Location is pretty good. Definitely better than the business district. Room was more hipster and efficient than luxurious (lacked storage options for the 2 of us looking to unpack) and a little noisy next to the trains, but otherwise okay. Could have been restocked a bit better day to day, but the front desk was pretty attentive. The staff overall was great and accommodating - especially Cyrill (sp?). Parking and car charging was a nice plus. We did just fine here for 5 nights in the middle of a long trip. Thanks!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
