Not what I expected at all. Booked two nights here and had a very bad experience with the bed bugs. Reported the issue to the front-desk and they gave me the run around. Eventually told me the next day that there's nothing they can do but they can give me a refund (which will take two weeks). Couldn't move rooms as they were 'fully booked' and couldn't change the mattress, only the bedding (after I had to ask as well). There's no WiFi in the room and they'll tell you to work in the common area, and that there's nothing they can do. There was a nice front desk personnel who was kind and assisted with a bathroom water incident. Thank you. The location is Greta and convenient. There's an elevator that takes max 2 people at a time. The shower had poor drainage and there was a foul smell on our floor supposedly from the local sewer system.

AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!!!!! While the location, price, and pictures may seem appealing at first, it is a complete nightmare. First off, check-in took over an hour with one employee at the desk moving extremely slowly. A kind person, but an hour check-in is ridiculous. Next, there are only shelves and a few lockers to store your luggage right in the open of the lobby if you arrive early (lockers were unavailable when we arrived so we decided to drag our suitcases around town until check-in). On the way up to the rooms, the floors smell of cigarette smoke, even with signs posted all over requesting that you don’t. Then, once you get to your room, the pillows and mattresses are the thinnest you could possibly imagine and only half the lights in the room turn on. The lockers are also too skinny to fit anything bigger than a large backpack. The worst thing by far, though, is the fact that there are no locks on any of the doors - none at the front of the hostel, on the doors to any of the bedrooms, floors, nothing. It is completely open for anyone to just come in and take things that are out. In fact, it seems the hostel knows this risk exists and doesn’t care to warn anyone because there are signs all over that say they are “not liable for any lost or stolen items.” The rooms themselves also look like abandoned hospital rooms, with creaky, cracked, and dirty wooden floors and taped up table and chair legs. We didn’t even get a chance to look at the bathroom before we decided to accept our losses on the room and book last minute accommodations somewhere else. Even with only about 2 hours total spent in this hostel (1 of which was on line to check-in), this has to be one of the worst hostels I’ve ever been to and warn anyone and everyone to avoid it as well. I understand that you get what you pay for, but even at €20/night I think there are better options to be found elsewhere.

We had to change the hostel because are bugs in the room. We spoke at the reception about this problem and what they can do is to change the sheets. After they did that in the evening the bugs were still coming up from the mattress. The pictures from the site are not the same with the reality, the rooms are very basic. We paid a lots of money for new year to stay here

In general, the night in the dorm was good, the staff were nice and the location is perfect. However, the fact that there is no control of the entry in the rooms can be a problem; even if we have a locker, it is not big enough to put a suitcase in it and since there is no key system and no cameras in the corridors, it can be a bit dangerous. Also, sleeping in a room where anyone can enter is not very comfortable... They should put a system with keys for the people that actually have to sleep in the room in order to limit the accessibility.

there is SO MUCH MOLD in the bathroom it makes you feel sick. The rooms are nice and spacious but there is a lack of lights (only big lights) and storage place. Also some doors in room can’t be closed properly. Everything would be nice if only there wasn’t so much mold, yall should definitely check it out

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
