Beautiful boutique hotel located in Gueliz where it’s closed to both restaurants and shopping. Very friendly staff that tries the best to give you a pleasant stay. Our room was beautiful decorated upon arrival but unfortunately the safe didn’t work and needed a reset from a technician. The same with the AC, they didn’t got it to work during the night (🥵) and I had to ask 3 more times until they realized they couldn’t fix it and we got another room. It was the same problem with the safe and the terrace door wasn’t able to be locked which doesn’t really give you a safe feeling while leaving the room. 4 star due to the friendly staff!

I would recommend this boutique hotel, staff are friendly especially the breakfast staff. The hotel appears new and is well maintained and extremely clean. Only issue was the lifts which took ages and are a little on the small side. Bonus is the roof bar area which has a pool for guests and nice music and views of the Royal Tennis Club where you can watch people play tennis during the day whilst you sip your mint tea. We spent some afternoons just sat there soaking up the rays snd watching the sunset after a morning of tours. Rooms are large and beds are comfy though can't understand why they charge for coffee pods. Grab the breakfast which is good with made to order omelette to your table and quite a large selection of food.

Very good place to stay. There are many places for visiting near by old Medina, markets gardens etc...in walking distance. Also foodstore, Victoria liquor shop if needed. Also the airport is only 20 -30 min away. Hotel has comfy bedrooms, tasty breakfast and also the lunch or dinner.

Best of all: the staff is totally delightful! Many are fluent in English and French and Arabic. They’re super friendly and helpful. Our original room on the 5th floor was so beautiful but had a weird smell in it. We asked for a new one (we were three traveling together and didn’t figure we’d be able to change) and they managed to find us a room on the 2nd floor that was quite a lot smaller but very comfortable and good smelling. We were so grateful. Breakfast foods were varied and totally delicious. Didn’t try the spa. Rooftop lounge wonderful. Dinner at the resto was AMAZING. Taxis are going on top of you as soon as you exit and most are dishonest and don’t use the meter so make sure you agree on a price before you get into cab. Sh should not cost more than 20-30 dirham to get to the main square.

Good location , nice breakfasts and comfortable room. Stayed on the 5th floor which is top floor under bar area. Every night the thump thump from music in bar could be heard. Make sure you get a room not on the 5th floor if you enjoy peace. Staff at breakfast lovely. Staff at reception didn't seem to want to be there. Security guards and housekeeping always friendly.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
