The apartment is lovely and in a great location with both the old town and the new town within walking distance. The only niggles are that there was no handwash in the toilet (which is a separate room from the shower room) and the sink in the shower room was blocked. So no major issues. I would definitely recommend this apartment hence my 5 stars. It’s spacious, comfortable and in a very convenient location to all the major historical sites.

Everything was excellent! Apartment is located just few steps from both Old Town and Charles Bridge. Everything was clean. And the stuff reached 24/7 and very helpful :) Would recommend this place to everyone:)

We absolutely loved this apartment! For starters, it is huge and has plenty of space. We had 3 people and the large bathroom with double sinks was so helpful in getting ready in the morning. The location is wonderful. We did not visit the beer garden below but we intended too and really enjoyed the fact that it was so close. These are also some of the most comfortable beds I have slept in. Prague is beautiful and fun, a city we will visit again and would stay here again. The only negative (and I am still leaving a 5 star rating because it is not reflective of this property) was that the employee who we first checked in with could have been friendlier, especially in the position of sitting at a front desk and greeting new guests.

There was no air conditioning , rooms were too hot , fans barely helped , had to keep windows open , which made it too loud and bright to sleep at night, reception staff didn’t understand English at all and never helped us with anything, they would look at us and say , no English and close the door on us, which is very rude. Location is very good , it makes your Prague visit very walkable and convenient. And there’s no elevator , if u r bringing big suitcases or you are big family and you have lots of luggage , be mindful of the fact that u will have to carry it all the up on stairs.

Great location, close to old / new city and castle. Parking restricted (small car works better) at location or street parking available. Many different restaurant options, early morning on Charles Bridge to beat the crowds is a must.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
