        Such an mazing place to stay, the apartment was fully equipped and furnished to high standards, the location is great (Soho/Piccadilly), everything was on our doorstep, walking distance to major landmarks, theatres and famous Mayfair and Regent street. The staff were very professional and helpful. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend to anyone visiting London and wanting to stay central.

        The worst service ever, 1st of all there is no lobby no one to help you with bags and there is no even a toilet in the lobby, they dont offer free room service ( cleaning) even tho we payed this high price, there is no facilities what so ever.. even the checkout is at 11:00 am unlike world wide hotels 12:00pm,, some nice/decent hotels offer late checkout, but this apartment hotel doesnt and VERY RUDE about it. STINGY hotel and worst service I HIGHLY DO NOT DO NOT RECOMMEND STAYING HERE

        A wonderful stay in this Mayfair Residence to celebrate my birthday with Some friends, Luxurious apartments in the heart of the west end oozing out with character & style, a last moment booking at apartment 8 overlooking at the streets below which was colorful and super easy to accommodate my guests for a wonderfully relaxed evening over some food & wine. Felt at home, rooms were super clean and superbly decorated, spacious living room and a great open plan kitchen, super attentive staff, the receptionist was polite & eager to help at all times which really added to the magic of this experience, a hidden gem indeed and will certainly be coming back. Thank you guys x

        Thank you 37 GS Residencies for accommodating our recent stay. We have enjoyed every moment! Booking your fantastic penthouse was the best decision we have made, as we needed the extra room for the family. The space was immaculate and beautifully designed! Having evening drinks at the rooftop terrace was a bliss with a gorgeous viewpoint. I normally don’t sleep well when away from home, but this was not the case. Mattresses were firm enough, extra pillows provided as well. I particularly enjoyed the bright, sunny living areas with skylight window, ideal to have a lovely breakfast with the children. We were going to order take out, but as we have felt so “at home” and with Whole Foods store at your doorstep we have decided to make it ourselves, giving us plenty of bonding opportunities full of laughter! I appreciated the generously equipped, impressive kitchen, it made a massive difference comparing with hotel stays. The reason we chose to stay here, was location! Having Oxford street and Piccadilly Circus nearby meant we didn’t have to sacrifice time on transport and made most of our stay in London! We also liked being so close to Soho area and Chinatown, we missed authentic oriental restaurants and favourite cocktail bars. I was a little afraid of noise issue, being positioned in a dynamic area, but we haven’t experienced anything unpleasant, I’m sure that the heavy doors, quality windows and overall exceptional finish of the building helped with that. Your concierge Ali have helped us with our bags and assured we settled in nicely. My children thought concierge Hashim was very friendly as he always asked how was their day etc. I liked the access controlled entrance and the fact that there was security concierge at the front desk during day and night as it felt extra secure. Staff went above and beyond with the service, nothing was a hassle. Unlike hotels, that often have spas, busy bars and restaurant on site, these apartments are very private with secluded, cozy atmosphere, so if you are looking for prime location but don’t want the busy city hustle with amenities available to nonresidents, 37 GS residencies will be a perfect choice. This was our first stay at an apartment rather than hotel and it was a game changer, we will surely stay with you again at the next opportunity.

        Beautiful Serviced Apartments in Central London! Very modern, clean apartments. Highly recommended for it's standards, service and location. A very well managed establishment. Perfect stay in London!

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
          The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
