This isn't a budget hotel, this is an abomination of a hotel run by a con administration. I recently had the misfortune of staying at the 4 Angels Hotel with my family, and I feel compelled to share my experience to warn potential future guests. From the outset, the owner was unapproachable, unsupportive, and abusive, displaying behaviour reminiscent of a conman. When we stepped into the hotel late in the evening, the owner asked me to cancel the booking on the accommodation website so he doesn’t have to pay the fee and I can pay the equivalent fee on the spot. This was a red flag that set the tone for the rest of our stay. The room we were provided with had fewer beds than advertised, causing inconvenience right from the start. The heating system was ancient, with a single radiator attempting to warm the entire room, which proved to be grossly inadequate. The room’s ventilation was poor, with not a single window to allow fresh air in. This, coupled with the water dripping from the ceiling, created a damp and uncomfortable environment. The bathroom was very small and inadequate, with a broken lock on the door and no ventilation, further adding to our discomfort. Given these conditions, we found the room to be unsafe, cold, and damp, and decided to leave. When we brought these issues to the owner’s attention, he rudely dismissed our concerns and refused to acknowledge any of the problems. In conclusion, our stay at the 4 Angels Hotel was a disappointing experience. I would advise potential guests to consider other options before deciding to stay here.

I wish if I can write a comment without rating. it is zero and less, nothing is good, just the boy in the reception was good The manager is a bad person ...all of my family got sick because of humidity problems in the rooms and the food .

If I could, I would give them even less than 1 point out of 5. Do not go to that hotel, even if it's your only choice in Istanbul. It's disgusting and smelly. Most importantly, don't trust their room size! It's written 19 square metres, when in fact it's only 10! The room was tiny, I promise!!! The breakfast: ridiculious!

Super BAD Hotel! Don't ever book it. I booked the hotel, and I was about 1 hour to arrive but didn't make it on time due to the traffic jam. However, I messaged them not to cancel my booking, by they canceled it and told me it's ok to arrive and we will give you the same room. They granted me a room in another VERY DIRTY hotel when I came and wanted to steal my money by offering an expansive price. I was with my wife and kid with three big bags; imagine the situation! I wish they told me to find another hotel before arrival; I would manage to book another one, but they preferred to put me in that situation to steal my money. + The hotel was available on booking.com but "He" The receptionist liked to steal my money and put me in this situation. I ended up booking in another hotel close to the area, and I found that the hotel had a bad reputation. AVOID IT AT ALL COSTS.

First of all,They’re not responsible. When we arrive at the hotel our room was not ready. Someone was living that time. Because we didn’t stay one day in our room after one day we’re moved our room. Bathroom so small Stuff don’t know English language Only good breakfast

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Please be aware that fulfilling these requests may result in additional charges.

The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
