The main house is lovely, but the extra apartment is not and I would recommend you do NOT stay here. The apartment was unclean (the bathroom still had previous people's "business" left in it, there were dead flies on the walls and corners of the room, the tap ran brown water when first turned on). We had 3 large "creepy crawly friends" appear over 3 days (you can see what is in the picture under the glass). After requesting for the apartment to be cleaned, and being told that it would be, it wasn't done. Poorly managed. Main house is okay. Do not book the extra room.

It's a good apartment to stay in. Specially if you travel in a group and if you wish to cook small dishes. So close to las ramblas and to la boqueria that makes it very well located and great it what you wish is to cut some of the costs through some home cooking. It was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The couch not so much but still fine if only for a couple of days. On the ground floor the window opens not to a balcony but to a space direct to the street closed by a metal curtain like the ones used by closed stores.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
