Super close to Roma central station as its just a 2 minute walk. It was difficult to locate the building the first time as its a metal gate and you have to climb 2 floors to get to the hotel. The hosts were super friendly and helped us a lot. Rooms are okay for a good nights sleep. However they are not soundproof.

The rooms were clean and more than big enough for our needs. The staff was exemplary and extremely helpful. The location right outside of the train station was ideal with plenty of shopping and restaurants around.

This is a hidden gem in Rome: the location is just steps from the main train station (Termini) and the apartments are beautifully furnished and decorated and stunningly clean! The only down side is that there is no elevator in the building (it's an older building) so it's a bit of an hassle to get upstairs if you have big pieces of luggage. The owner/manager is exceptionally nice and very accomodating and the cleaning staff absolutely the nicest! I definitely recommend this place and will hopefully get to return myself one day.

very noisy, not from the street but from the inside of the building (other residents), the place was renovated with the cheapest doors that let every small sound pass. this property is not a hotel its a couple of renovated apartments in an old building. the bathroom ventilation does not work well after a shower the excess moisture stays there and some gets in the room.

My impression is in line with all the other 5/5 comments 47steps have. Very well located, spacious, comfortable, beautifully furnished and decorated, affordable!!. But the most impressive characteristic of 47 steps is the outstanding customer service they provide. Thanks!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
