This a great place run by Kim, who lives on the property. She's such a sweet host, always smiling and helpful. She cooks a great breakfast and has suggestions. She recommends places and tours. My guess is they have some referral commissions, but you don't have to take it if you don't feel like it. At times, we felt compelled because of her kindness. The apartment is about 43 mins walk and 15 mins on the bike. You get used to it. She lends the bike for free. I was so sorry that the bike’s gears were damaged because it fell down when parked. I made her aware, and she was kind not to make an issue of it. The room on the street side has traffic noise, not in night but it starts pretty early in the morning hours. The room we were in had a nice balcony. I sat there and enjoyed the coolness.

The best place to stay in hoian. I never met a person who is so helpfull with everything. Besides hospitality: amazing breakfast, super beds, big rooms with fridge, airco, nice showers and so on.. you can also ask the owner to do laundry for a good price (: it is close to the ricefields where you can walk or bike through. Some restaurants and small supermarket in the street. With a motorbike or normal bike you can reach the old city or the beach. Really recommend 5 coconut to stay!

Clean and nice. The owner was very helpful organising tours, motorbikes amd everything you need. Delicious breakfast. The Restaurant "Peanuts" right beside the homestay is a must visit vegeterian restaursnt(even for non vegetarians). Order some orange chicken;-)

We ended up at 5 Coconut Homestay by coincidence since our original accommodation across the street had booked us out. However, what started as a major inconvenience turned out to be one lucky find! Quyen and her sister was so welcoming and we liked the place so much that we stayed the full five nights instead of just two. The villa is kept very clean and our room (302) facing the fields towards the back was very quiet. The bed was very comfortable and we had plenty of hot water to shower. The complimentary breakfast was excellent with fresh fruit, drinks and a range of menu items including Banh Mi and Pho on offer. And while we didn't make use of the pool, we did enjoy the complimentary bicycles for a couple of quick trips into town and to the beach. To sum it all up - a great base to explore the ancient city of Hoi An from and a super friendly team to look after your needs!

The place is amazing! Clean and very comfortable. The rooms are modern and spacious! Trân who is the owner of the place was very kind to us and book for us transportation and tours at a very good price! We would definitely come again

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Please be aware that fulfilling these requests may result in additional charges.

The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Refund amount may take 10 working days to process to the respective account from which the payment was made during the booking.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
