Delightful. Excellent studio apartment very convenient to the beach and esplanade. Very well appointed, and quite roomy. I only met one of the host couple, she is very helpful, quite charming, and responds quickly to questions that I asked on WhatsApp during our stay. The hosts live on the premises, so they're quite accessible but are not at all intrusive. Camps Bay is a wonderful Oasis, easy access to the area by car or the local bus system. 51 on Camps Bay is an especially nice aspect of Camps Bay.

Excellent service. The beds were so nice wanted to never leave. The view is amazing with a belcony over the pool. The bedrooms are well spaced with Dstv so we could cuddle up when just relaxing. Showers are amazing. Breakfast is great mmm bacon. No disappointing moments and owners are friendly and very helpful. The staff is friendly and honest (cleans room and doesn't take anything not even the wife's bobby pins) I would come back most definitely

Perfect location, beautiful and spacious room finished impeccably, even down to including international plug sockets which is a great extra touch for travellers. View from the balcony is outstanding particularly at sunset. Short walk from the beach and the shops/restaurants. Host very friendly. Would strongly recommend!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
