Clean and comfortable rooms. GREAT friendly service. The hotel feels new and we'll maintained. Lobby is beautiful and guests can help themselves to refreshments with snacks! Even comes with board games at the concierge! Amazing selection of food flr breakfast. Big portioned set meals and so so delicious too!

Be careful with this hotel! 1. We belive the staff tried to cheat us on our last day, charging 1500 bht extra for dirty towels. Claiming they wouldnt be able to wash off the stains off (makeup and the stain of a mango). When we complained they took off 500 baht, but were left with a feeling of getting hustled. 2. Dirty sheets! When we checked im we noticed the sheets werent clean. They apologised, changed the sheets and explained the sheets had been washed but that they were experiencing problems with the company that did their laundry. 3. Dont get fooled by the pool. Its indoor, cold and sad. No place to change your clothes or relax. 4. Noise. Be ware theres a bar/ club just outside and the hotel isnt sound Secure. I normally dont have problems with noise but if you do like a good night sleep, maybe consider a different hotel. 5. Too cold or too hot water. For some reason the water will change from too hot to too cold. Expect your showers to take longer due to continously having to adjust the temperatures. 6. We found the staff to not be very helpful. We often brought snacks and foods to them to be nice and left extra tips to the cleaning team. We are super disappointed about our final treatment when we checked out. Stay here if you wish, but consider thinking twice if you like clean sheets, friendly staff, a good night sleep and dont like to get over charged for used towels. 😊 I will give them two stars for the location with loads of good foods, the modern design of the hotel, the beds comfortable and the gym ok.

This was our second time staying at this hotel, we always love the cleanliness of the rooms and how quiet it is. On the higher floors, the scenery is very beautiful at night. However, vanity kits were not provided directly. We had call and ask for one. The place is very well decorated with board games to take to the room. Overall a very nice experience and good price.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
