The villa itself was superb. Three double sized rooms all with their own wet rooms and an additional toilet off the living area. The living area was large enough for the 6 of us to enjoy and the kitchen/dining area was perfect for our needs. It was furnished to a good standard. Th plunge pool was larger than we expected. It is slightly off the beaten track but that was perfect for us, 10-15 min walk or 3/4 min scooter ride to Fisherman's Village. It was very peaceful. Nay who is your main point of contact was fantastic, we stayed in contact via FB messenger and he organised tours for us, scooters, taxis and gave very useful advice, all cheaper than the main brokers. He was super helpful. The main pool was a little tired but there was some work going on to update. We would definitely go there again. Thank you very much.

We stayed in the 3 bedroom villa. Overall it was an excellent stay. Large rooms, great beds, tastefully decorated, excellent decking area and great sized pool. It's more a small pool rather than a large plunge pool. Always very quiet, except the sound of insects. Large living room with large TV, good WiFi and a decent kitchen. Close to main attractions - although we never walked as it was just too hot. And Nay was brilliant throughout our stay helping with whatever we needed. A few minor points worth noting: Air con in the main room wasn't working properly so the room never felt cold The place was enormous and quite old so it was never spotless - not on arrival or after the maids came in. There was always a few dusty spots TV was occasionally out of sync with the sound All toilets have very weak flushes Overall a great stay.

My husband and I have stayed at dreams resort a number of times . The resort is amazing!! Owner nick is amazing ! All his staff are super helpful and friendly ! This resort is a home away from home. Pool is always clean , great location super easy to get anywhere !!! Rooms are huge , very zen like !! I would recommend giving dreams resort a try you will fall in love !!!

I can't say enough about this place. It's incredibly beautiful, extremely spacious, quiet, safe, always clean, and they make you feel like family. If you need anything just talk to Nay who speaks perfect English and Nay will help you arrange anything you need. Fisherman's village is a short walk away which has a huge selection of restaurants. On weekends fisherman's village turns into a walking street night market and has grown to be massive. Hundreds of stalls for clothes, souvenirs, and pretty much anything else you could want to look for at some of the best prices in Thailand. Another bonus is that many stands have marked prices that are already way lower than even the best barterer can get in most of Thailand. This is great for people that dont care much for the negotiating game. At the end of the night market there are probably 50 food stands and drink stands.

Even though the owner was helpful and upgraded our room due to a lizard and bug issue (they can easily enter a fully closed bungalow) sadly, we cant say we enjoyed our stay.. we stayed in one of the 2 bedroom villas surrounding the pool. With that - comes a lot of russian families with loud and abnoxious children. Pros: Good location if you enjoy the busy fisherman village, as its just a 3 min drive away with a motorbike. We had a motorbike delivered to us which was very convenient. There was good television with a lot of channels in the rooms. The beds in the bungalows are comfortable (unlike the vilas). The property has well groomed landscaping and has many beautiful leafy plants, palms and trees. Cons: The villa lacked in cleanliness and comfort. There were dead bugs on the sils in the stairway and spilled food/drink under the couch. Showers have black spots. The beds were way too hard especially for side sleepers. I had to makeshift my own bed with sofa cusions.. Every night we took a part of the sofa upstairs and put it on top of the mattress. Not something you want to do on holiday. Some tiles in the pool are coming loose or arent laid flat, so it feels like they slice the bottoms of your feet. This place needs some tlc. If you plan on getting work done, forget it. The wifi signal was very poor, especially in the evening. Overall we were relieved to be leaving... I understand this is a 3 star hotel, but it can use more love and cleanliness.
