        BE WARNED - stay somewhere else. 60 Balconies Art was disgraceful. Prior to arriving, I asked for Twin bedding and was told that it wasn't possible to separate the beds, that's fair enough, so the receptionist offered to roll in a second bed. I accepted that offer, very pleased. On arrival, NO ONE at Reception, despite all the literature stating that Reception opens at 9am. No.....on Sundays, they just don't open. So managed to get into the room (luckily my husband had bought an international SIM to make a number of phone calls to assist him in actually getting into his room), I don't know what you would do if you were an international person without a phone service. Get into the room, NO 2nd bed. Just didn't bother to do what they had promised. After 25 hours of flying, we just wanted a shower. NO RUNNING WATER. NONE, for hours. No apology, didn't care. My husband was told to just keep trying the taps. Not acceptable to pay this sort of money and not be able to have a shower, clean your teeth, wash your hands etc, it was a disgrace. My husband is racking up the phone bills trying to get someone to answer him. Finally after hours, managed to get a 5 minute shower before the water stopped again. During the night the water was off again from 3am until 12noon checkout. NO RUNNING WATER. Paying hundreds of euros, and you can't even clean your teeth. The worst bit was, noone cared. The management won't respond to your emails, we believe that we are owed a partial refund, but they refuse to respond to you. What could have been a great hotel, was a disaster. NEVER AGAIN. They truly don't care, and then ignore you, and hope you give up and go away. Find somewhere else to stay in Madrid.

        Amazing short stay at 60 Balconies! There isn't much in terms of service bc it's self check-in, but it was easy to do. Fabulous, new, spotless room with everything you need. Might be loud for some as it's on a very busy street with cafe patios right outside your window. Otherwise, great location across from train station and walking distance to main areas of Madrid (i.e.Sol).

        This place is ridiculously managed. We arrived here two days ago and reported no running water in our apartment several times with NO REPLY, EXPLANATION, OR ATTEMPT TO REPAIR the issue. We have 6 people staying in 2 apartments and are stuck here without basic running water to shower, brush teeth, etc. The lack of response is absolutely unprofessional. I am here on business and would never recommend staying here again which is a shame because this is my second time staying with 60 balconies. Avoid and find someplace that actually takes care of an emergency and doesn't ignore a major issue for 2 days and counting...

        We stayed here last year, and the apartment was very nice and centrally located. However, I only give two stars because of the incredibly rude staff member at the front. At checkout, she repeatedly told me how much extra work we'd caused her (by mistakenly eating the wrong breakfast basket) and continued to lecture me even after we apologized and paid her for the extra supplies. I will never stay here again because of this lack of professionalism, and it's too bad someone so callous can be employed in hospitality while representing her city so shamefully.

        Nice boutique hotel close to Metro and Atocha Train station. Right next to Sofia Reina Museum. Very friendly staff who is happy to make recommendations on restaurants n spots to visit.

          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.
