We enjoyed our stay in this little charming Boutique hotel well located in the center of Cannes. Walking distance to almost everywhere (Beach, Shops, restaurants, train station...). Rooms are very comfortable and cosy and the design is brilliant. The staff was really helpful and nice. We look forward to staying again at the 7 Art Hotel!

Excellent. The location is unbeatable, literally 30 meters from the station and the old port and Rue d'Antibes. One thing I didn't expect (since the rooms were of refined but modern design) is that the building was historic, very beautiful among other things and located in front of a spectacular building, so you are like in front of a Gaudí building but in surprise. I don't know why they don't advertise it. I don't know whether to post a photo, ruining the surprise. The building opposite is from the Art Nouveau era with stained glass windows and I really loved it. So the view is also beautiful. Noemi and Cédric are super kind and helpful, they make you feel at home and are always in a good mood. In the kitchen there is a Nespresso machine and a fridge, I had read about it and it was useful to me. The cleaning is very punctual and the towels they provide are generous (about 3 giant ones). The room is nice, there is a desk, space for many clothes, in short it is small but pleasant, I had read that they were small but I don't agree. What can I say, 7 art hotel is an obligatory stop in Cannes!

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
