Stayed for 4 night below is my review Location: Amazing! Walking distance from shops, restaurants, Spanish steps, Trastevere… Service: The bathroom has a tub for a shower which was visibly dirty. The floor was sticky and there was hair on the drains. Told this to the reception so it could be better the next day but came to a room that hasnt even been cleaned. Had to ask for fresh towels. The room looked clean. However i dropped something and looked under the bed cant explain how much dust there was. The AC doesnt work aswell. The receptions are very nice and welcoming. But not helpful to the situation mentioned above. I would recommend for a one night stay since the location is great. The hotel is pretty old and not maintained. The room i stayed in was one of the newest one but still needed a lot of upkeep. This hotel has the potential to be great with the right management/ service. Overall in my opinion it was not good value for money.

If you put your room at 270e, you have to assume that some standard are expected. In this hotel there's just no standard of cleanliness, comfort or services. I booked a room that was supposed to be "high end", ended up in a room that wasn't the one I booked. Do NOT book here, there are other better options.

The STAFF in here is HORRIBLE and seems very JUDGY. They get confused with any question AND SHOW lot of arrogance. Only 1 out of 4 was friendly. They gave me the keys of another room 4x times as if they don't communicate with each other. CONS:The rooms were good. Some claustrophobic but always very clean. Won't come back!

Amazing stay, rooms are surprisingly big nice and clean. The only downside is the water in the shower- hot water runs out after a while and the stream becomes weak. Incredible location, max 30 minutes walk from every location. Recommended.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
