The hostel's location is unbeatable, just a few meters from the BTS Bang Chak station, providing easy access to all the major attractions in the city. This was a huge convenience, as it allowed me to explore Bangkok with ease and without wasting time on transportation. One of the highlights of my stay was the exceptional hospitality of Annie. She went above and beyond to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. She provided us with insider tips on local attractions, recommended hidden gems, and even helped us plan our itinerary. Her genuine care and warmth made us feel like we're staying with a friend, rather than in a hostel. The hostel itself is spotless and well-maintained. The private room was clean, comfortable, and had a private outdoor bathroom. The Wi-Fi was also fast and reliable. Water refils and shared kitchen available. I would highly recommend this accommodation to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to stay in Bangkok.

What a wonderful hostel! The host is incredible! Very welcoming and helpful! Especially liked the cleanliness and peaceful atmosphere. There's everything you need in this hostel including iron, microwave, fridge etc. Annie can help you with everything! (Thanks for the aspirin, you saved us) Definitely will come back here again when in Bangkok and surely would recommend to all friends. Thank you for having us and see you again!

P' Annie is kind, friendly and informative. She left me little notes on my door to keep me informed about things that were going on which was very sweet and thoughtful. The hostel and room is clean with cute decor. In the rooms there is a booklet with lots of useful information for your Bangkok stay. It's very good value for money, considering you get your own private bedroom and bathroom. The location is great, right next to the BTS station, with plenty of places for food nearby. You won't regret staying here!

Wow, what a pleasant stay we had! We have enjoyed 5 nights at Annies beautifull, super clean hostel. The hostel is near the skytrain station Bang Chak, so everything os easy reachable. Annie is a wonderfull host, who makes your stay most confortable! Thank you Annie for your outstanding hospitality!

Cozy guesthouse with helpful and caring owner! The room I stayed had a big window which brings a lot of natural light. Very good location too! 1 min from Bang Chak BTS station and there was a market which you can enjoy lots of local foods. I stayed there for 3 weeks and will come back definitely:)

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
