Ok. So it's a quirky little place. The Room is basic but clean. The location outstanding. If you want no thrills, night Market and Old Town it's outside your room. Literally. great price! Owners let us check in much earlier than we should have, and at no extra cost.

Small room but clean and having big bed as required. Exactly at Old town walking street. The owner and his son I guess are nice and helpful. The house is well organized. Shoes are left downstairs before go upstairs to your room. The house opens at 7am and closes at 7h30pm so you have your own key of the door by sending the owner 500 baht deposit to get the key of house door and get your money back when check out. There are old pictures of Old Town and of the owner, so nice! It’s the house of history. If you have budget travel and looking for history it is what you expect. Prices are very comparable if you consider the expensive locations. There are souvenirs shops at the ground floor too.

If you are looking for a hostel with all dedicated rooms this is your place. It is relatively cheap and centrally located in Phuket Town. If you care about amenities go elsewhere. I was placed on the 3rd floor. There is no elevator. They sent an energetic and colorfully dressed young man to show me my room but he did not offer to carry my bag up the stairs. The room is tiny. The bed is large but if you have two people one will have to crawl over the other to get in and out. The bathroom doors open inward. Once you go in you have to close them to use the sink as there is very little room. The walls do little to block external noise. Fortunately it is a fairly quiet neighborhood except on Sunday night when they have the night market. There is an electrical outlet next to the bed but it is switched with the light so if you want to charge your phone you have to leave the light on. The place is adequate in every way but not exceptional in any way.

Very small room. I mean REALLY small. There is a queen bed and a desk and not much room for anything else. However it is clean. Be aware that the hotel is on the exact street of the Sunday night market. So if you are staying on Sunday you will need to find street parking elsewhere.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
