I enjoyed my stay. However, it might not be the best place to stay if you're jet-lagged and want to sleep in, since they more or less "throw you out" at 10:00 every day due to cleaning and you're allowed back again at 14:00. You'll get a locker where you can place your things and the showers are located on the same floor. The capsules are very fresh and clean, they are quite spacious and you get a new basket every day with pyjamas, towels, and slippers. Overall a nice place :).

Overall, my experience at the sleep lab was decent. The pillows were a bit too hard for my liking, and the temperature in the room was hot, I visited in winter and it was still very hot inside. It would have been great to have alternative pillows and the ability to adjust the temperature. I found that this had a negative effect of my sleeping pattern which will no doubt show up on the report. The lockers were too small to store a suitcase, mine and several other residents suitcases needed to be stored at reception this is a little unsafe because anyone can walk behind to grab things from their luggage, alternatively you can store it near your pod. However, I was pleasantly surprised to find USB chargers in the pod, and the fact that they provided pajamas and toiletries was a nice touch. It's always nice to have those little conveniences when you're away from home. I am yet to receive the sleep analysis report, as it takes a few days for the report to be emailed.

I loved my stay in the Akasaka sleep lab! The design of the pods and upper floors felt so cozy at nighttime. I slept like a baby. The hotel is in a nice quiet neighbourhood close to public transportation. Breakfast was good but the breakfast location was a bit difficult to find at first. I stayed 5 nights and found it to be a perfect fit for solo travelers and light packers. Hoping to go back soon!

Stayed here for only 1 night. The hotel location was great as it is situated near the train station and there are many restaurants around the area. The architecture is also nice, the sleeping pods was spacious. Checking-in was also smooth. However, there a few things to note here. 1. Lockers are so compact that it is hard to organized your things. Hence I only recommend this place for light packers & does not have much luggage. ALSO, I would only recommend just one night for the experience. 2. The shower area + makeup/basin area will be packed in the morning.. a lack of quantity for the entire hotel capacity. 3. Honestly the worst thing is I COULD NOT SLEEP WELL AT ALL. Although I slept early, I was woken up by people who are organizing their luggages or them walking out and in the pod room. As the pods are kinda connected to each other. the worst is when someone moves, it causes my pod to move as well. Got woken up by many POD VIBRATION(felt like an earthquake happened) + the room’s air conditioning noise.. you can’t adjust air conditioning inside the pod, although it was autumn, it was quite hot when I slept. Bringing ear plugs is a must. I wished they made all pods to be more sound proof…. I was constantly woken up till 4am+ in the morning and I couldn’t fall back to sleep. 4. Breakfast is provided on the nearest family restaurant but it is a distance away from the hotel. The hotel should have better utilized the lounge space to provide breakfast for guest’s convenience. Overall, I don’t think it is worth the pricing if you can’t even get enough sleep (what’s the point of a hotel anyway?) and having inconveniences due to the compact space. Would not recommend it.. literally I think the hotel would boost its interior and exterior aesthetics thinking that it will attract customers. But honestly that was the only charm of the hotel.. The entire user experience was just not it.

This is the capsule hotel experience complete with showers and lockers reminiscent of a school change room. Pods were spacious and comfortable. I thought the camera buzzing noise would bother me but I slept great. Some places of the building are super hot (it’s summer) including the showers which are like a sauna. I didn’t like packing and organizing luggage in the cramped locker space or sharing showers/sinks but I loved sleeping in the pods. Would definitely recommend for 1/2 nights for the experience but not anymore than that.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
