        We only needed a place to sleep during a sports tournament, so we arrived quite late and left early. The gentleman at the desk was very pleasant and courteous despite the late hour. Our room was very spacious and comfortable. The hotel is on a quiet street. Everything was very clean. It is a good value for the price.

        Hotel was exactly as advertised. Room was spacious, clean and the water in the shower was always hot. Wi-Fi signal was very good. The breakfast buffet was fully stocked and offered a wide variety of breads, cereals, croissants, cakes and even pancakes (which were delicious). The staff was very friendly, spoke clear English and aided me in anything I asked for whether it was to call a taxi or ask for instructions. If you have business around the Schuman plaza then this place is ideal and within easy walking distance.

        We had a comfortable stay at the Chelton EU. They paid a lot of attention to details, which put the well being of the guest at the forefront from the healthy breakfasts to the placement of the toilet down away from the bedroom. The staff were friendly, facilities comfortable and attractive deign too and affordable price. Would definitely recommend.

        Excellent. Very comfortable clean room. Very comfortable bed and plenty of hot water whatever the time of day. Pleasant very helpful staff. Location is great for access to any of the European Union buildings and for the metro. Wifi is available. A good selection of restaurants in the area. Will definitely go there again if visiting Brussels.

        We booked this hotel based on the Booking ratings. The reception was nice and the room was big. The air conditioning during 4 nights of July 2014 did not work. The room was hot and we had to open the windows completely (4th floor with two kids in the room!!). Still hot. The reception told us that was going to do something about it, but nothing was solved. The lift from time to time was stopped in the 2nd floor and had to wait. The restaurant was close the day we arrived (lunch time) and during the evenings. No fridge in the room. The garage is lower that 2,05m and we couldn't get the car inside. They sold out all the parking documents (had to get up early to move the car).
