        Gave us a room right next to the elevator so a bit noisy and the rooms look smaller than the website so i guess that's creative photography. Apart from that a nice hotel located really well.

        Location of this hotel is great, we can walk everywhere. Our room was on the 5th floor, quiet with a nice view of the Castle. Lisbon was our last stop and so compared to all other hotels in our trip, service was efficient though not overly friendly (might be a big city thing). Overall decor is dark and somewhat nightclub-ish, even the breakfast area which doubled up as a bar so one has to be prepared.

        Great location, very central to all main sightseeing spots in Lisbon. Easy access to local trams. Great food places along the road. Hotel room was clean. Reception staff were generally friendly. Breakfast service was good. Orange juice at breakfast was not always fresh (had turned acidic on two days), fruit did always not taste fresh. (Hence 4/5 stars) Other than that, I enjoyed my stay here. Felt very safe too.
