        This was a clean guesthouse, with everything you need (small kitchen to cook and eat, three bathrooms to share with the other guests, clean towels) and the other guests were very kind and respectful. Pedro gave us clear information and we had a kind welcome. I did miss a window in my room. There was a ventilator in the room, but I really missed some fresh air. I guess you get good value for your money. If you are doing a budget trip, it's a good place to stay...

        Stayed at this place for two nights, 7-9 October. For me it was unusual experience. Despite the host Pedro being very nice, polite and helpful person, there are few things I didn't like about this place. First- a bigger sign, so it can be found easier. It's not a guest house, but a guest flat or apartments, with 7 rooms and 3 showers to share amongst all guests, small kitchenette with shared goods and kitchenware, like cups, plates and ext. I received WhatsApp message asking my arrival time- good point. I then did make phone call to say I'm arriving after 21:00. I then received another message saying that I need to download an app in order to check-in and open door with code I will be provided and if I have any problem I can call and ask for assistance. I wasn't able to download an app. On my arrival I phoned again and was given code to open doors, but I could not find where to tipe this code. I phoned again and in 5 minutes I was greeted personally by Pedro who helped my to open front door to building and did show me way to the apartments. He then kindly showed me around, explained about door code, key, facilities and nearby shops and places to eat. The apartment looked in need of updates, furniture as well. Cleanliness could be better, especially in shared bathrooms. I did not like the idea having bathroom floor mat and hand towel being shared. I stayed in the room with bank bed and I slept on first level. Bed itself was very squicky and not so comfy. Good value for money if you are on budget trip, but I would choose a different place next time.

        Remarkably nice guesthouse, reasonably priced and had everything I needed. Everything is clean and nice. It's a little far from the centre (20-30 minutes walk), but the subway is very nearby.

          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
          The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.
          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
