Friendly staff and good food. The rooms are spacious but feel stuffy. I think it is because not enough natural light comes in, at least that was my experience at the standard room I was staying in. The location is good if you have anything to follow up at Bangkok Hospital.

Great service! I was struggling to open my suitcase for hours since I had my fight the next day and I just took my suit case to the reception, they opened it for me in less than a minute. Thanks a lot for the help they provided, free of charge and super quick. The technician was so helpful

I was absolutely surprised. Fantastic hotel. The rooms so clean, so big and very well decorated. Toilet super clean. Shower awesome with hot water and high pressure. There are 2 buildings in this hotel, main and side building. Even though I stayed in the side building on the 3rd floor I was very happy with my room. Quiet room too. Location is not great as you have to walk about 10 min to get to the main street. Best and only public transport option is the local bus. Take 206 bus for example to get to Central Rama plaza 9. There is an awesome swimming pool in majn building 5th floor alongside a fantastic gym. In general I would totally recommend this hotel.

First, the room. It’s not that bad for the price but the water system is kind of weird can’t control the temperature. For the location, nothing good nearby very deep in an alley. And last for the service. Really bad I checked out and told the lady i want a taxi to airport, she told me to wait at the lobby… 1 hour passed still nothing from the staff so I talk to her again. She told me the check out is done and ask me if I want anything else??? So bad for the service she totally forget about my existence and leave me sit there for an hour don’t even call me a taxi. Waste so much time here. If you have a bad memory thats okay but at least go check with your customer!

What a discovery. I had to go to the Bangkok Hospital so flew in, not knowing what to expect. It was amazing and very efficient. The shuttle to the hospital is free and regular, every 30 mins. It was quiet and the rooms had a good range of fittings and services. I would reccommend for hospital visits but maybe a bit far out for quick city visits

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
