There is pattaya beach very near which you can enjoy there are lots of stalls of food and some outlets as well where you can sit and have drinks and food Also there is a walking street nearby and some good massage parlours as well. Hotel is made in a shape of a cruise which is really cool. Walking distance of 200 metres from.the beach. Very near. There are big rooms with balcony. They are luxurious and quiet. We stayed in mini suite sea view room

Their sea view room was more well-kept and clean as compared to their deluxe. Some towels and sheets need to be replaced. The sea view is kind of sideways view. The location is close to the beach. The restaurant below faces the beach and has a pool beside it. The carpet requires some thorough cleaning or maybe replacement. The staff were helpful.

Across the road from the beach, walking distance to shops. The hotel pool is really nice with cabanas around the pool. Pool was warm and not too cold with a couple of slides and jacuzzi area. Breakfast was included with the room, a good range of food thai food, Indian food and a couple of breakfast cereals, and croissants and toast. The rain shower was broken in our room, and the hair dryer was intermittently working. This hotel is expensive in Thai terms, but would recommend it.

The lobby was renovated but full of mosquitoes. Other than the lobby and the pool, everything is old and needs to be renovated. Food was just okay. Breakfast buffet was boring and no bacon. We stayed in October 2023 and the renovation still not finished yet so there were loud machine/banging noise during daytime. It's super annoying tho to walk to the beach, especially when Fat Coco is closed. Bed was so damn high and too soft for me it hurt my back. Bathroom floor kinda slippery when wet. Balcony looked real dirty. Staff was not very helpful.

Rooms are very run down and in bad need of renovation. Pool has no ramp / lift access only 3 sets of stairs from level 2 down or having to exit the premises at reception and walk to beach road and enter (through the steps). Not convenient for a couple with buggy and 3 month old baby. WiFi terrible, TV terrible, shower lacks power. The pool area is nice once there but pricey. There is nothing that makes me want to come back again though.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
