      Travelling from Canada my wife & I stayed for 22 nights (Oct 09-Oct 31) in the flat located at 68 Elm Park Gardens. We were completely happy with the unit as it provided us with everything we required. The staff from A Place Like Home were just a phone call or text away and responded immediately to any requests or queries we may have had. For anyone considering an extended stay in London I highly recommend this agency for their efficiency and courteous professionalism.

      I enquired about letting my property through A Place Like Home and dealt with Nick. He was incredibly helpful and honest and we concluded that we weren't a great fit. So many agents would either have been unhelpful, or would have lied to try to get business, so it was especially rewarding to deal with someone above that level.

      We have rented flats from A Place Like Home twice now, and we very much look forward to working with them again in the future! Most recently, we worked with Nick, who went out of his way to be helpful in every way possible, including finding us the perfect flat to rent in the perfect neighborhood. Also, Ed gave us absolutely brilliant advice as to our local neighborhood and where to eat, shop, etc. I can confidently say that our vacation would not have been the same without the help and advice of our friends at A Place Like Home! We highly recommend them!

      The initial booking process was ok. I dealt with two women, one who answered my initial requests and one who answered after several emails. Although we enjoyed the apartment in Mayfair (and thought we had found our home away from home), I did have slight difficulty getting my damage deposit back as the business had switched their payment system . The location of the apartment in Mayfair was excellent. If it had a few updates, it would have been perfect, but we all agreed the location made up for it. I would have to give thought to booking again.

        Booking Policy
        It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
        The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
        Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.
        If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
        Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
        Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
        The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
        Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.
        Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

        Hotel Cancellation Policy
        User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.
        Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.
