        The stay was fabulous and the manager was very warm and made us feel welcomed. Gave us privacy and left us to our devices. If we didn’t have to leave early because of work, we would have stayed and enjoy some more. We will definitely come back more though.

        Helpful owner but on site manager needs training. I was not informed that the main gate does not open during power cuts so was unable to leave until another visitor here showed me how to open the big gate manually. Welcome briefing notes badly needed. Also, you need to be at LEAST 6feet tall in my apartment to reach the kitchen, bedroom and bathroom cupboards! In the bathroom cabinet mirror I can just see the top of my head. I am 5ft 2ins tall. Hardly a dwarf.

        I had a terrible experience with this place! I was a bit late for my check in and the manager refused to assist me in any way and just took my money while i had no where to sleep. He was rude over the phone and made no effort to accommodate me even after kind calls and messages explaining that i had been delayed. Its just about the money, no consideration for the client. Be careful here!!

        Horribly misleading in their advertisements. The hosts are only saved by the pleasant nature of their cleaning staff. The accommodation is far from 4 stars and is poorly maintained. No private braai area. No sea views. Many light fittings not working. A woefully inadequate air conditioning system for the cooler months. Definitely won't go back there.

        We arrived very late on Saturday due to transport, the lady who welcomed us didn't make us feel welcome at all , i really thought i will pass the welcoming part & give a good review cz the room was okay but now I'm angry that the owner of the place is accusing us of breaking a glass, she wants us to pay for something we didn't do, told her to check her footage & send to me also then after she can talk, I'm so mad right now,if they dare deduct money from the account.......

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
          The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
