Hated it!! The worst place to stay in Rome, it was my worst experience in a hotel, please if you are a tourist follow this advice. The location is very far from the centre and the neighborhood is suspicious and feels unsafe. They didn't give me my room, and wanted to leave me outside and not do the check-in, although I had a reservation and had already paid for 3 nights, and finally gave a room at 11 pm, even threatening to call the police so I left. The rooms are very hot, there is no AC, the bathroom was insanitary and disgusting. No one speaks other language than Italian, and they treat me and my brother horribly and disrespectfully. Definitely the worst experience I have ever had in a place, DON'T COME HERE!!

Nice place, I've spent there three night. I neighborhood is very great and quite, the hosts where very welcoming and the breakfast was very nice. The room was very clean and comfortable. However, the bathroom is private but I have to get out of the room to get there, which is very unpleasant, and the bathroom is very old fashion. I could not use hot water (I think there is a problem with the pump)

Dated rooms, without air conditioning and unfortunately served with toilet and shower separated from it and located along the common passage corridor. Riding the wave of the now COVID memory, breakfast is no longer offered in this now only BEDenonpiuBREKFAST. Look around, if you look carefully you will find hotels with air conditioning and breakfast included at the same price. I'M NOT GOING BACK AGAIN!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
