I've stayed in many hotels since June but this one is a lovely surprise. They supplied chopsticks & utensils, a garment rack & nice little balcony with park view. All this in a quieter corner of the tourist area -- with breakfast! I extended my stay for 3 more days, it's worth it for excellent value & luxury extras (huge snack tray & minibar for late arrivals too). Thanks!

I always stay here. The only poor thing is a breakfast, everything else is perfect. Take room with balcony to make sure you don’t have wall of another building in your window. Also I like they always leave normal shower gel like everybody uses at home, tooth brushes, shampoo, but not that cheap hotel-branded stuff which I never use. Mini-bar is always full and you can take snacks from table, no need to prepare all the stuff, everything is ready. This is not for vacation, but the best if you just need to stay 1-3 days in Ho Chi Minh. Stuff is friendly here too and not that formal, I like security guys working here. Ah and another good thing, if you check-in at 6pm, you check out at 6pm next day, not at 12. But if you would stay few hours more you just pay for those hours, not full day

This may be a very compact room but the hotel has very good AC, toiletries including shavers provided. The bed is firm and comfortable, not soft. The hotel staff are very courteous and helpful. 4 types of Vietnamese breakfast to choose from. It's worthwhile for a short stay. There seems to be only 2 sizes of room in this hotel. Either the family or the double bed. So don't be like me to book a luxury double room. There's a family mart below, so minibar is not necessary for this hotel, can have more space for guests. I'll certainly be back if the price is attractive. The hotel front doesn't have a huge flight of stairs, a very good bonus point for me.

I just stay there for a short two hour napp and a shower, but yes it's a great hotel for a short stay, it's cheap so do not expect golden Faucets, but its clean. Only one thing if you go by taxe take care that you go to the right one.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
