        By far the best value for money Ive spent on a hotel! For the price you get - Great staff, willing to help you with anything - Good location (I decided to walk to most shrines/sights) 1min from bus stop, 5mins from subway - Rooms and hotel in general, spotless and rooms cleaned and refilled everyday - Has a free hot spa to soak in after a long day, vending machines for drinks, a microwave and even a coin laundry. Just be aware that beds are on the harder side, this worked for me but I can see it being a problem for some. Also wanna say a special thanks to the cleaning person that folded all the clothes I left out after cleaning them 😊. Overall just a great experience! Thanks!

        I am a very mean person and give a half star to most of the places. This hotel (for its price) is very nice for its nice front staffs, cleanliness, and an okay indoor onsen. Although the breakdast in a buffet style, the number of food was very small. It was okay though. The microwave wasn't working properly. That is the only complaint I have.

        We spent 6 nights in this hotel. The hotel is very new and conveniently located - in walking distance there is Nijo-jo castle or Nishiki market. The price was very good comparing to other hotels, so we managed our expectations. However since beginning we liked the place - staff was very friendly (absolutely lovely people), quality was very good for the price, and also hotel has onsen and coin laundry (300 yen laundry + drying). Hotel rooms are pretty small - as in most hotels in Japan, but everything is new and modern. There was no view from our room. So we give 5 stars, but please keep in mind that it is 5 stars for the hotel in this category and price range.

        Good facilities and location. Two steps from the bus stop. Combinis, cafes and restaurants really close by. The room was bigger than excepted and very clean. The only improvement I would suggest is to get an English language TV channel, like NHK world, since many foreigners are staying here...
