        You set up a check in with these people to a certain hour and then you are supposed to take you hotel keys out of a box in the front door, something completely DANGEROUS if anyone knows the code (which it had the right combination already in place when we arrived) When I open the box there were no keys and the awful person who contacts you on Booking had the audacity to just made us wait until they eventually find a solution. We waited for 2 hours in front of the door with little to no explanation and after wanting to cancel our stay they just said that they don't do any refunds. Avoid this scam EDIT: The person in charge of the hotel started to harass me minutes after I send a negative review from Booking, in addition of creating false reviews. I wished instead that he could've taken that time to actually take care of his establishment

        Perfect location right near the metro as well as next to a beautiful park. The staff (Marina) was perfect and very helpful so 100% would recommend.

        I wish I could give it negative stars, a total scam. Their security is a small box with a combination where they keep all the keys and anyone can enter. The rooms are disgusting and the attention of the person at Booking is disastrous. Nothing compared to the photos they show you and to improve everything there are no returns.

        A NIGHTMARE EXPERIENCE Cleanliness of the entire apartment non-existent. Failure to supervise the people who use the apartment. My friend and I had to escape because one afternoon we found the door of the apartment wide open and two drunken gentlemen who would be staying there for the following days entered. The owner denied us a refund for the nights we did not spend in the apartment. Never have an experience like this again. Among other things, the prices are not even cheap for such a poor place.

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.
          Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

          Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.
          User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.
          Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

          Modification and Reschedule Policy
