My stay at this hotel, featuring thermal springs, was nothing short of extraordinary. The room was not only beautiful but also exceeded my expectations. The highlight was undoubtedly the amazing bath, equipped with water pressure features for massages. The water temperature was warm enough to enjoy even in the winter, making it a truly rejuvenating experience. The sauna was a serene haven, and more often than not, I had it all to myself. Now, let's talk about the culinary delights – the food was simply incredible. Every dish showcased top-notch quality and was an absolute delight for the taste buds. However, what truly elevated my stay was the impeccable service. The sommelier in the dining room was an absolute gem. His kindness and attentiveness made me feel like royalty throughout my entire stay. This hotel goes beyond providing comfort; it creates an unforgettable experience with a perfect blend of luxury, relaxation, and outstanding service. I can't recommend it enough.

The hotel is awful, everything is very old. Became super overcrowded. The service is terrible, I was traveling with a dog and even though the hotel states that it is dog friendly and there are dogs in the hotel you cannot go anywhere besides your room with it. Breakfast has very minimal choices. High don’t recommend staying here, have two stars for the room as it is a bit spacious but still very old and empty.

Absolutely do not recommend this hotel. Booked for 5 days for the whole family. Leaving early and moving to another hotel. The food in the restaurant is disgusting. The staff was totally careless. We were not allowed to see the bill after the dinner, a waiter said you can ask for the bill at the reception. The most insane part was the check out. As we decided to check every amount they were going to charge us, it turned out that , there were extra meals in the restaurant bill which we never ordered. We paid for all our stay through a traveling agency operator and were told that 1 room out of 4 was booked via booking and we need to pay for it again. 😂😂😂😂 Having spent 40 minutes at the reception we managed to sort things out , we paid only for what we used and ordered. Abano grand hotel employees were like “oops, sorry you are right we just didn’t see it” This is a 100% true review, simply as it is. Never coming back again. If you decide to come and test it out , always make sure you double check every single bill.

As day spa guests we got a room for the day and all acess to the spa, sauna, hamam, and steamroom. Compared to other hotels where the day spa only gets you access to certain parts of the spa we even got a private room for the day where we could get ready for lunch and take a shower before leaving. Unbeatable!!!

I liked this place not in love. Very dated, while some new renovated spaces did charm this hotel. I didnt feel warm here. Beautiful spas, yes all types. UPDATED gym best equipments. Lots of body treatments. Yes 5 stars for that. They can improve on their ambience.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
