Mario is one of the greatest host I’ve ever met during my travels. He’s very kind, prepared and helpful. The B&B is a sweet place a bit away from the center but you can quickly access the tram to Termini. Room and bathroom was clean and tidy. The kitchen is well equipped and there’s a cozy rooftop to enjoy your morning coffee/evening beverage. Stayed here twice already and hope to return!

My daughter and I took a trip to Rome in March to celebrate her birthday. We stayed at B&B for one week, and it was incredible! It's located outside the city center, but not far from the center. We took public transportation to get to all most popular sightseeing places. Mario, who is the host/owner of this small paradise, was the most generous, kind, helpful, and attentive to all of our needs. His energy lights up the room. The room itself was very clean and spacious, with the balcony overlooking the garden and mountains in the distance. Breakfast was served every morning, Italian style, compliments to Mario. Full kitchen is available to you at any time of the day, along with a big patio space where you can star glazed, or perhaps enjoy your morning cappuccino. We hope to visit again in the future!

Definitely 5 star experience. The room and the house are beautiful and fully renovated. We loved the hangout area at the rooftop. The horst, Mario is super kind and very accommodating (my boyfriend is vegan and he prepared special breakfast for him). Every time we had questions about Rome, getting around, or any recommendations, Mario would respond right away. The tram is very close to the house and you get to city center in less than 20 minutes. We will definitely stay here again :)

Excellent place to stay, if you don't mind being outside the city center. We liked it because it wasn't in a touristy area, gives you a chance to see how Romans actually live, where they shop and where they eat. Regardless, Mario is an excellent host, and I would definitely come back to stay at his B&B. If you come by car, keep in mind that you are in Italy, and Rome specifically. Leaving valuables in the car is not safe. Even when you don't leave valuables in the car, it may still get broken into, just to verify you didn't forget anything...

The host is very helpful and kind. The location of the place is very convenient - in the area there is a great tram and bus connection, a great pizzeria and shops. The rooms are very clean and decorated with attention to detail. Getting to the center of Rome was easy. We will definitely come back to this place :)

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
