Worse hotel . We ever stayed . We are from the states. We travelled to Lisbon with no problems and got disappointed when we got to Porto because of a fake reviewed hotel we stayed in . You can’t control the AC if there is one only blows hot air and the temperature outside is 60 degrees. We are force to open the window outside to let the cool air in , we should bring our own fan. And too noisy outside because of the metro that runs every 5 minutes. Too bad we have to stay 3 days on this dump.

Very nice located hotel with modern rooms with some imperfections. Unfortunately I had a room which was right above the Metro so I heard every metro coming and going...so the window is not very good isolated. On the street side was a construction so also loud.... Friendly service at the reception but not at the breakfast. You have to pay for the parking.

I stayed here in September 2022 and I can't recommend this hotel. It is very noisy because the metro line is right next to the hotel and the sound insulation is very poor. Unfortunately, my room was about as close to the metro line as possible, so it was about as bad as it gets, but many of my colleagues whose rooms were further away, also found it noisy. The metro trains go past about every 3 minutes so this is an almost non-stop disturbance except for the period after 2 am when the trains stop until 5 am. And that's about as long as I was able to sleep (3 hours) as the trains woke me up again. On top of the train noise, the road noise is also pretty bad even with the window shut, as is the sound of the sewage pipes coming down from the upper floors of the hotel. I read many reviews of others who had similar complaints. I'm surprised this hotel has an average rating of 4.2 here as I am writing this. Breakfast was not bad but the single coffee machine here was not working properly. I wrote my review in September 2022, and only in August 2023 I noticed that my review was not posted, presumably because the business reported it for some spurious reason (I guess they want to hide negative feedback). But I can assure you I am providing genuine feedback based on my personal (unpleasant) experience.

Just simply loved it😍 the staff are too good humble very helpful!. haven't seen that much in Europe..but here at ABC everything was just too good it was cleane comfortable looking forward to come back again to enjoy the comfort❤️Thank You ABC!.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
