        Stayed there about a year ago. Was faced with the rudest hotel staff I’ve ever encountered. Had arrived after a long flight and was tired and had difficulty checking in, the bald man at the reception seemed more concerned to try and help the man behind me even though I had arrived first. Seemed like because I was a young girl I was being treated differently than the man behind me in a fancy business suit. My key card had NEVER worked and had to return to reception almost every time I retuned to my room for them to fix it. Worst experience at a hotel ever.

        The area may look a bit doggy but it's safe. Bus and train stops are 5 minutes away. Lots of shops and restaurants around. The breakfast has a good spread and the food is tasty. The staff us friendly and helpful

        Great location super close to the metro lines. Direct train from the airport and center of Rome without minutes to reach. Friendly staff and good breakfast. I’m happy with my stay.

        Great value for money. It is located in Ostiense neighborhood, very close to the train + metro station Piramide (2 stations far from coliseum). It's new with comfy rooms and nice breakfast. There are plenty restaurants, coffee shops and bars around so if you don't want to go to Downton and have a more local-non-crowded night, that's the place.
