Abyss is an absolute dream resort. It is just far enough from the chaos of town so that is is quiet. The rooms are so quiet and relaxing and our deck pool was our favorite place to begin and end our days. The staff was exceptional in accommodating our every need and the breakfast was incredible. If you’re looking for a place to relax and unwind with the most stunning view, Abyss is your place.

Wow! We stayed here 6 nights on our honeymoon, and it was a dream come true! The staff (Sonja, Kostas, and everyone else), breakfast service in the room, the magical rooms, and dreamy scenery were truly remarkable. Highly recommend and cannot wait to come back!

Nothing better I could have asked for my stay at Santorini with my newly wed wife. We got the honeymoon suite (D5) and the views are breathtaking. Not only that the suites are well positioned with Caldera view and infinity private jacuzzi. Me and my wife loved this to unwind after walking in the Mediterranean sun. Furthermore, I would like to mention that the staff here are exceptional. I have travelled to many places, including far east, but I am yet to come across such impeccable staff service anywhere in my travels. We were constantly helped by Christina Daleziou. She went above and beyond to ensure we had the full couples experience in our 2 days stay at Santorini. Breakfast is served at your villa, at a time convenient for you. If you want to indulge yourself and your significant others, this is the place to beat!

We were in Santorini for 5 days and the staff at Abyss hotel really made us feel at home. From delicious breakfast meals served right on our patio to excellent concierge services and attention to detail, the hotel offers everything that a couple can ask for. They arranged private transportation to and from the port and they were very responsive to all our requests. The suites are designed to offer privacy, and the individual outdoor hot tubs only add to the unique experience. The reason I booked this hotel was its modern yet cute round rooms and the absolutely amazing views. Waking up every day to the spectacular views of the volcano caldera in the morning sun was such a unique experience. Costas, Eleni, George- all I can say is thank you for such a memorable stay. I definitely recommend this hotel. I cannot wait for our next trip to Santorini .

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
