This hotel is nothing short of spectacular. We were lucky enough to be upgraded to have a private spa, which looks in the direction of the sunset. It was truly an enchanting and memorable experience. The staff also prepared a bed of roses, heightening the romantic mood of the room. The breakfast is for champions! A variety of pastries and cooked food were served direct to your room, and we were so full by the end of breakfast. Staff were very friendly and spoke very clear English, giving us recommendations on how we can spend our holidays here. Only minor downside is that the WiFi for our room wasn’t working, but it seems other rooms were fine.

10/10 experience. My husband Anthony and I stayed here for our honeymoon and it was a wonderful experience. The staff was very accommodating, attentive, and thoughtful. Special thanks to Panos our driver and tour guide, Shiela our customer liason and Fortis our chef. The room was perfect for us, cleaned daily. Breakfast was delicious and plenty. We would highly recommend this place for your stay in Santorini. We will be back!

This was a trip of a lifetime! The staff was extremely attentive. Panagiotis and his sister were the best! The hotel was very clean and comfortable. There were several restaurant options and all of them were excellent! The views and the atmosphere were breathtaking!

Great spot. Great views. Staff nice and accommodating. Not a cheap place staff will help you book things but expect to pay. All in all worth the stay but pricey.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
