The service or lack there of. I have given this place 3 chances to impress me. I can not for the life of me understand why they can suck so bad. Bars have booked for private events. That being paying guests can not use them. I travel a lot for work and I get in late and just want a glass of wine and some food. But this hotel continues to book both bars so guests can not be accommodated. Front desk employees need to understand the meaning of being hospitable. Consistently rude and short.

My new Atlanta hotel! Very impressed with this newer AC hotel. If you are visiting on business and have an early AM avoid staying on the top floor. There is a fabulous rooftop bar up there that is loud until 11p. If you are looking for a great place to get drinks with coworkers or friends then definitely DON’T avoid to the top floor bar. The rooms are clean, the staff is friendly and helpful. The hotel is just across the street from the mall and Target is just behind the building. Excellent location.

My granddaughter and I had not spent much time talking, eating, and going places together in a long time. I splurged on a trip to visit with her. The hotel staff accommodated our every wish and the surroundings were quietly elegant. We needed some peaceful hours to communicate. I am 80 and so grateful to know I can still safely travel alone when there are places like Marriot AC Hotels.

This is a beautiful hotel in a great location. Walking distance to multiple stores and restaurants. I would've given it 5 stars if not for the missing bathroom door. My husband and I checked in late last night for our anniversary. Got there in time to go to the rooftop bar - which is really nice. When we got to the room after a long day, my husband went to use the restroom and noticed the door was missing. I thought he was joking. But there was no door. Lol Upon calling the front desk, the agent advised he thought the door had been replaced and apologized. This, however, was the last corner room (I specifically booked this room as it was our anniversary). It was a little inconvenient as we used the lobby restroom (because who wants to "go" in a bathroom with no door? Lol) Long story short, the staff was very friendly and advised on what they would do for the inconvenience. (I will update if that doesn't happen). Other than that, the stay was great, awesome customer service, and we will definitely select this location again.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
