Our stay at the Aloft Hotel in Madrid had its highs and lows, leaving a mixed impression overall. Noise Levels: Despite having a closed window, the city noises were quite prominent, making it challenging to find a peaceful moment within the room. Safety Concerns: The need for an attendant to hit a button to allow entry at all hours raised questions about the safety of the neighborhood. It added an extra layer of inconvenience, especially during late hours. Ambiance and Restaurant: Although we didn't dine at the restaurant, its design caught our attention. It looked trendy and seemed to attract a decent crowd, adding a lively vibe to the hotel's atmosphere. In conclusion, while the Aloft Hotel in Madrid has some appealing features, such as its restaurant's aesthetic, the noise levels and safety measures affected the overall experience. With a few adjustments, it has the potential to offer a more comfortable stay for guests.

Below average for a Marriott hotel. The restaurant was nice, reception staff was good. They allowed a late check-out which was appreciated. We chose it due to the location nearby the airport, but the neighborhood is not great. The room service was expensive, and the room was small and not comfortable for 3.

Very clean and very comfortable. Our room was big and modern. Noise isolation could be better but it was ok. Staff was friendly. Breakfast is insanely expensive at 18€ per person per day though, yes I know it has lots of variety but the room itself was not that cheap so it is a bit too much to ask for that extra. For 3 nights we would have payed almost 100€ more just for breakfast. You have a bakery next door and a lidl with fresh bread, croissants so problem solved :)
