So happy with my choice and will definitely return in future visits! The location was central to everything I needed - close to the Morris Brown College which was my destination and quick to get to all major roads and highways. The staff was very friendly and helpful and made my sad-occasion visit much more pleasurable. The room was sleek and comfy - loved the mood lighting!

I was not a guest of the hotel, but was visiting a friend who was staying there. Mimi and Lisa deserve all the praise one can give and more. They both truly made the experience so wonderful for everyone in our group. Friendly, knowledgeable, charismatic, warm. absolutely incredible. The woman that took over front desk for Mimi at 11pm was not nearly as friendly and the comparison was insane. The energy Mimi and Lisa bring to this establishment should be recognized at a corporate level. Both of those women truly know what it takes to go above and beyond every single day no matter what.

I checked in at around 6pm on 1/7 Sunday. The front desk lady is so welcoming and helpful. Her positive energy and warm greetings made my first impression of this hotel perfect. Then the room was super clean and comfortable. As a Marriott gold member and someone who travels for work every other week, I don’t always feel much difference between similar price range hotels. This AC, specially this lady, is a valuable asset to the hotel. That’s the simple but important customer service everyone is looking for and many hotels are lacking.

First and foremost, everyone should use Tracy at the front desk as the standard for customer service. She was FANTASTIC. So warm and sweet, I was genuinely excited to walk into the lobby to see her. The rooms were clean and modern, nice bathrooms. Some noise from the Downtown area but very scarce. Close to the aquarium and world of coca cola so perfect for my trip!

The room was really nice and welcoming. The reservation was for two parties, the first party arrived before the second and they were informed of our arrival and they had stated they set a room key to the side for us to be confirmed by our name. After a 7 hour drive we arrive at 2am and are told there was nothing they could help us with in regards to getting our room key and we had to spend 20 minutes calling the first party because they could/would not help us despite being told everything was taken care of prior to our arrival. The front desk rep was short with us and did not acknowledge us while we were trying to get some assistance.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
