Honestly, the only reason for 5s is Jordan at the bar. He made me feel welcome, like family, and wanting to hang out and spend money. Stayed open later to accommodate guests, epitomizes guest satisfaction over all others, killed it, love the guy, can't wait to come back.

It was close to the venue I was attending and the staff was pleasant. However, my experience and quality was not great. My room was not ready on arrival so I was "upgraded", which was not an upgrade in my book, went from a king to 2 doubles. My room had issues, broken phone, broken shower, a/c was loud. It was very noisey where my room was in general. The beds were not that comfortable and the pillows were flat. Needless to say it was not a restful stay.

I am rarely disappointed by the Marriot family of hotels but AC Hotel Midtown definitely missed the mark this Christmas. The Good: location near Marta/GT and with a Starbucks next door, room size, friendly morning staff, gym with ample equipment, ample lobby space organized nicely for working downstairs in semi-privacy, two computers for public use and a working printer. Neutral/FYI: extremely soft mattress (couldn't tell if the mattress was old or if it was just meant to be extremely cloudlike, either way did not enjoy), pool is shared with the Moxy hotel next door. The bad: the overpowering scent in the lobby and public spaces (the scent was overwhelming at all hours of the day, made it stuffy, it would have been pleasant if at 1/10th the amount in the air), towels with runs in them, conditioner and body wash bottles were empty (they no longer use single use, these were multi-use bottles attached to the shower wall), extremely loud ac, cleaning service did the bare minimum on the room Given the AC Hotel brand's recent marketing campaign where they have "carefully crafted and refined every detail", AC Hotel Midtown completely missed the mark. I recognize that this is probably an issue with this one hotel, but I will likely avoid this brand in the future.

Clean and nice! Hotel rooms were well kept! The staff were amazing! Great place to stay when in Midtown. Convenient location to numerous restaurants.

On arrival we were stuck in the garage stairwell. Once checked in the bathroom door was stuck, maintenance came to fix it and we lost our restaurant reservation. Breakfast bar was never stocked, coffee grinds in coffee urn. Lastly I was stuck in the elevator and they only offered apologies.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
