Loved my stay, had cocktails and dinner both night i was here. Also had breakfast. Food very good service excellent. Staff from front desk, servers and housekeeping all smiled said hello. Great place to stay. I will be back. Great rooftop lounge. Plus a view of the Hollywood sign! Pool on rooftop deck looked great.

Beautiful hotel, great location. The star of the show was Angel, at the bar/lounge. He was attentive, personable, and makes excellent drinks. He made sure my drinks were topped off and to my liking. I haven't had a bartender really make sure that my drink was tasty enough or strong enough like Angel did. I would come back just to have Angel's Mule again (one of the best cocktails I've ever tasted). Highly recommended!

If you need to take care of business, mid Wilshire, like we did, this is the perfect hotel in the perfect location. Swanky, a nice room with two queen beds, and a great shower. Everyone at the front decks was extremely friendly and helpful. You're 10 to 20 minutes from everything.

I'm a Bonvoy member and usually find hotels under that brand. I've never heard of this hotel before. I had a small medical procedure one mile away and decided to choose this location for it's proximity and to also check out the property. I arrived at the hotel a little after 2pm or 1, I don't remember exactly, but they were very nice let me check in early and offered me a wheelchair, they even changed my room to be closer to the elevator. That's amazing customer service. The property is really beautiful and I'm currently resting/recovering on probably the most amazing bed I've ever slept on(it could be the meds) 😂

Very happy with my stay. We got the room and Valet parking all in one. The staff was knowledgeable and accommodating to my wife and I. Quite a bit within short Uber I the area. Room was clean and comfy. Rooms are on the small side.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
