This hotel is in a great location, allowing easy access to numerous local restaurants and bars. However, the noise from the streetcar and general street activity can be quite overwhelming and make it hard to sleep. On the plus side, the hotel has excellent security measures in place. Keep in mind that valet service might take some time, so it’s advisable to call well in advanced when you need your vehicle. Overall, the rooms were clean and the hotel staff was helpful.

Excellent service, check in and employees are fantastic, room is beautiful, bed and pillows are comfy, restaurant is delicious, but I'll tell you what was above and beyond.... their top notch valet service. Jacoby checked my car in and every single employee was phenomenal, professional, courteous, caring, personable....such a phenomenal group of guys!! Well done valet service!! Definitely recommend.

Booked for the location. Found my room reeked of cigarettes so asked for room change. “Sorry”, nothing else is ready. But I continued to see others checking in early. The room AC was set at 61degrees, so they knew it stuck! Please don’t smoke in hotel rooms people! It’s not your house! Be more considerate of others!

Nice hotel, great location!!! My husband and I stayed at this hotel during our trip to Houston for an Astros-Rangers game at Minute Maid Stadium. We were in the midst of all of the action downtown and everything was within walking distance. It took less than 15 min to walk to the stadium. Parking is limited, so valet is the best option. There was a parking garage around the corner, which was an alternative option to valet. I would definitely stay here again!!!

Nice hotel if you want something close to downtown, but Houston downtown is not a very safe place during weekends since it’s very empty and there are not many restaurants. The restaurants are either inside offices, which is misleading, or they are closed for weekends. Would not recommend a hotel here for the family. There is no free breakfast, and it costs 18 bucks per person (it is pretty good though). Parking is not free either, and valet costs a whopping 45 bucks a night. If you’re looking for parking here, i recommend raffles parking just down the street. Other than those things, the lobby is a nice place and is very luxurious (other than the fact that there’s no free coffee here because of the Starbucks inside the hotel, but there’s free coffee in your hotel rooms). If you’re looking to explore Houston downtown and things like the downtown aquarium, then this place is for you and is the closest to the center of Houston than you’ll ever get. It is also good for business trips.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
